The Macotta Region was an administrative region of Republic of Cinnabar. In 5152 CE the regional headquarters were located in Holm on Kronstadt. The Republic of Cinnabar Navy's detachment in the region, the Macotta Squadron, was also based on Kronstadt.9:1
Some of the systems in the cluster were independent or belonged to Alliance of Free Stars. The Alliance divided Macotta Region, which was the Cinnabar designation, into the Funnel Sector and the Forty Stars sector.9:2
